Then submit your preferred session times via the form below,
and your therapist will confirm the schedule by email.

Both Japanese and English versions are available.

Join via Zoom at your scheduled time.
We recommend a quiet, comfortable space and the use of earphones.
Relax and feel free to speak openly — your sessions are a safe, confidential space.
